Shikha is an international citizen with roots in both the Netherlands and India. Born and raised in the Netherlands, she completed her initial schooling there before embarking on a journey to India, where she earned her Engineering degree in IT. Having lived half of her life in India, Shikha returned to the Netherlands, where she has been thriving as a Talent Acquisition Consultant since 2018, working with one of the largest companies in the country.

Shikha's interest in real estate was sparked when she bought her first home at the age of 30, a milestone that opened her eyes to the world of property investment. Marrying her wonderful husband from Canada led her to explore new horizons, including a life-changing 3-day workshop in Real Estate Investment that they attended together.

With over a decade of work experience in talent acquisition, Shikha has honed her skills in identifying and securing the best talent. This expertise seamlessly translates into her real estate endeavors, where she is adept at finding the best investment opportunities. The 3 day Real Estate Investment workshop ignited a deep passion in her and she has been dedicated to learning and helping others navigate the real estate landscape ever since.
